I rarely write reviews unless I find that products or services are superior and exceed expectations. I received this product without delay. I contacted customer support quite late in the evening and was not expecting a response until the next business day and to my surprise I received a response within minutes. They were able to assist me with my issue right away. Since then I have asked numerous questions and the support team is always pleasant and willing to help me. I have used several trackers for work as a PI and this tracker works very well and what makes it even better is this amazing support team. A big thank you to !

Great tracker

The unit is accurate enough to track a car and find it. I bought a water proof magnetic case with a external battery .I wrap the battery and plug together with rubber bands for insurance. I get about 10 days out of it with the extra battery, don't think you would get more than 5 days on its own battery. It works good enough for my needs, but I don't like the interface on the web site, I also don't get notified by text or e-mail like it should, but it is still worth 100 dollars all day long!! UPDATE:Spy tec contacte me , wonderful support very fast. I was entering address wrong, now works awesome!

Great product for the price. Highly recommend the case with the magnets on it. Easy to install.
